Appliance Repair

We are authorised agency for repair and spare parts most brands of home and kitchen appliances,such as:  Award ,  Braun,  Breville,  Delonghi,  Dualit, Edoma ,  Electrolux (floor care only),  GHD, Kenwood,  Krups,   Moulinex ,  Nilfisk,  Magimix,   Philips,  Remington, Rowenta,   Sunbeam, Tefal, Wahl, Wella and some  others.

We quote your repair first,  for $ 60 deposit , and when the quote accepted,and repair done, this deposit will be deducted from the  repair price.In case of non economical repair,or not acceptance the quote,this amount will cover technicians  time,which was  spent on this appliance.

Assessment Fee: This fee is payable before we carry out any assessment on your product and is not refundable. The Assessment Fee covers dismantling and assessment to give you an estimate for repairs. This fee is not refundable if your appliance is found to be not worth the repair and if you require it to be reassembled then a further labour time to do so will be charged and payable before reassembling takes place. Costs for reassembling an appliance is not part of the Assessment Fee. If you decide to go ahead with the repair, then the assessment fee will be deducted from your final bill, all estimates provided will be net of assessment fee (i.e. the assessment fee will already be deducted from it).

If repair is required within warranty period or if  you have extended warranty,please provide us hard copy of your warranty papers, such as proof of purchase,or your receipt or insurance company documents , so we can invoice them, after warranty repair done.

Please bring complete appliance for repair, We also provide 3 month written warranty on our labour and parts.Some parts have 12 month warranty.
